Dammit people :/ You should have told me that restoring firmware can brick my phone! I have no idea what to do now, it turns on, blinks and turns off immediately. I have tried disconnecting the battery, upgrading again as written in my BAUKNECHT Service manual, restoring factory settings. Mobile seems quite messed up now. For those unfamiliar with my case let me remember you what actions I have made so far. It all started when I tried to change software using service packages (procedure from my CANON Service manual, so: disconnecting battery, connecting,running Phoenix (from PhoenixSlayer), checking NO CONNECTION, then flashing prommer, choosing firmware. In the middle of flashing procedure – bam – phone restarts and turns off immediately. I then tried to proceed with flashing as described in service manual – I turned off the phone again, removed battery, and flashed in N/C mode this time with Refubrish rather than Restore User Product… it looked like it was kind of working – the mobile started up nicely… but it took about a minute before it turned off again in the same way. Tried few more times – no luck so far. I am really confused right now – I have followed Service Manual exactly and I was ensured it won’t let me brick my device…what should I do? Inb4: “read service manual”, “you’re an idiot”, ‘RTFM”. I REALLY TRIED.
